Terms of Reference

 

 

 

Background

 

North Coast Fun Club (NCFC) is funded by NSW Human Services - Ageing, Disability and Home Care and auspiced by Biala Support Services Inc. (BSSInc). The service has a commitment to consulting with its consumers through a variety of mechanisms including a Consumer Consultation Committee.

 

Aim

 

To maintain a consumer consultation committee, comprised of NCFC Coordinator, Manager, Board member, elected clients, carer and NCFC staff member that meets regularly throughout the year, to review and evaluate the North Coast Fun Club and Biala Support Services Inc. services.

Meetings / Consumers


A minimum of two (2) Consumers / Clients are to be present at each meeting. Otherwise the meeting is to be held over till the next meeting unless a special meeting is required.

 

Reporting Requirements


Minutes of meetings will be distributed to Consumer Consultation Committee Representatives, NCFC staff (including volunteers) and BSS Inc Board of Management. Minutes to include identifying 'action' and person/s responsible.
