Our Teacher’s Aides are just as integral bringing warmth and encouragement to students, with one Aide, who has been with Biala for more than 31 years, describing her work as a calling;

“It’s a mission within me to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students, adults, and families who most need it.”

Behind the scenes, administration staff keep everything running smoothly while still finding time to connect with students personally.
